Unopened items may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase minus shipping fees. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• To insure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your returns via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection. We're sorry, but return shipping fees are not refundable.
• If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and the merchandise and notify us immediately. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package and we will replace the damaged items.
