Light moisturizer for the eye area

Use Cover-Up Concealer only if you have dark circles under or around your eyes that you want to neutralize before applying Database Foundation.

Step 1
Using your middle finger, lightly press your finger into the powder. You will only need a small amount and will want to see your skin through the powder before applying it to your eye area.

If you have too much powder, (as shown to the left) use your opposite hand as a palate to take off the excess powder. You may use this excess powder to add color as needed when concealing your circles.

When you can see your skin through the powder, you are ready to start applying your concealer.

    Step 2
Smooth the powder under your eye with your middle finger until the darkness is concealed. You may have to go over some areas two or three times to get the coverage you want. Apply a little at a time to avoid yellow circles around your eyes.
    Step 3
Follow the same steps as above for the upper eyelid as needed. Blend out any noticeable edges so that the color blends into your skin tone.
    Step 4
When your circles are neutralized, you are ready for the next step - Database Foundation.
