#5 Eye Liner Brush

Step 1
Using the #5 Eye Liner Brush, dip the tip of the brush into the liner color and press the color into the tip of the brush on a tissue or palette. Tap off excess powder from your brush to avoid powder falling onto the cheeks.

Starting from the outer corner of the eye, firmly push the liner brush into the base of the lash bed. Lift and press the shadow straight into the lashes across its entire length.
