		Step 1 Sharpen your pencil to give better control in the placement of the liner. Starting at the outer corner of the eye, lightly draw a line to the inner corner of the eye using the side of the tip of your pencil.



		Step 2 Uncover the smudger stick at the opposite end of the pencil. Starting again at the outer corner of the eye, soften the pencil line with the smudger to give a smoky eye look. You determine the depth and thickness of the eyeliner depending on the look you desire.



		Step 3 Online Eyes pencil is easy to apply and gives a smokier look to the eye. The powder liner gives better definition to the eyelashes making the lashes look thicker.
